RNIB’s Technology for Life service, provide advice, support and training for our customers so that they can access and use technology to live independent, connected lives.

 

About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator within our Technology for Life Service  To provide specialist technology and digital inclusion advice, guidance and support for customers and partners on the full range of accessible technology and digital services; maximising the benefit which they can gain, from the use of digital equipment and services.

As one of 13 coordinator posts you will handle contact directly with customers, who have technology queries, as well as taking responsibility for the Technology Volunteers in your area, and build and develop relationships with staff and volunteers within partner organisations across the UK to significantly extend reach of RNIB’s technology services and support.
