Salary: £32,000 per year, pro-rata

We are Vision Northumberland, the leading charitable organisation in Northumberland working for and with people with a sensory impairment.

Due to expansion, we have created this new management role.

We are looking for a competent, calm, compassionate colleague to oversee the day-to-day delivery across all programme streams by working with our team to ensure that each project is given the correct amount of focus relative to its value to people with a sensory impairment, and that we work towards integrating our projects to ensure a better service for more people. This an exciting chance to use your skills, experience, and passion to help us carry out critical work by focusing on supporting the experts that can make a difference.

Our most important asset is our people, and we want to recruit the best. You will be joining a friendly and committed team of experts who are passionate about improving the lives of people with a sensory impairment.

Our work is increasingly recognised for its crucial role and now is the time for Vision Northumberland to make a significant difference.  But there are increasing pressures on a small charity to seize every opportunity, and we need someone to support our dedicated, expert team and help us maximise our impact.

If this sounds like you, then, please apply: you can download an application pack from the Vision Northumberland website, or email Paula Hately.

For an informal chat about the role, please contact our Chief Officer Julie on 01670 514316.
