Senior Care and Support Worker

£13045.50 per annum (£11.15 per hour)

22.5 hours per week plus on call on a rota basis (In addition to Senior Care hours there are up to 15 hours per week care hours that the candidate could be allocated)

 We are delighted to offer this opportunity to join our team at Beacon delivering compassionate and relationship centred care, placing the individual needs of the member at the very centre of all we do.

With at least 12 months experience of working in a care environment, your knowledge and skills are required to support the Living Management Team in providing members and staff with a consistently high quality standard of care and support.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience of assessing client’s needs, effectively monitoring progress and reporting outcomes.
  • The ability to communicate and interact effectively.
  • The ability to work responsively and flexibly.
  • The ability to travel independently across the area of operation and within all shift hours.

All successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check, and a full driving licence and access to their own vehicle is desirable.
