Rehabilitation Services Manager

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £32,000 - £39,000 per annum
Warwickshire Vision Support is the primary local charity for people living with sight loss in Warwickshire. We offer a holistic seamless service from the point of diagnosis, through visual impairment rehabilitation to long term social support to ensure that any person with a visual impairment gets the support they need, when they need it.
We are looking for a suitably qualified manager to further develop a qualified team of Rehabilitation Workers and Hospital Advice workers. Despite the challenges of COVID 19 the service has adapted, and thrives. However, local people need us now more than ever.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate they are:
- Innovative and passionate about making a difference to blind and partially sighted people locally.
- Have a suitable qualification and experience of rehabilitation work with people who have a visual impairment
- Are good managers and motivators of people
- Have the appetite to help lead this award-winning charity
