This is a Registered Care Manager role with a difference, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of the organisation’s Management team, where you will help to expand our current care offer as well as develop innovative new services and processes, designed to make a lasting difference for people impacted by sight loss and other disabilities.
The role, known internally as Living Manager, sits within Beacon, a leading health and social care charity in the West Midlands, and is an essential part of the Health and Wellbeing team. In addition to leading CQC Regulated Extra, Community and Respite care services and team members, you will also contribute to the delivery of wider Health and Wellbeing activities.
This a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and innovative manager to make this role their own and deliver a real impact through developing and growing our Living services.
