Thomas Pocklington Trust (TPT) is a national charity dedicated to delivering positive change for blind and partially sighted people.
TPT are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join their Volunteering team to work collaboratively across the organisation to ensure their blind and partially sighted volunteers have a well-rounded experience with the organisation. This can be achieved through learning, development, and recognition.
This role is key to the success of volunteering at TPT. The postholder will recognise the importance of high quality training and will actively support and empower the development of the volunteers. This will include identifying and meeting their learning and development needs via the delivery of appropriate learning and development courses, events and activities.
