Groups Finance Administrator

Are you somebody who has strong administration and communication skills? We have created a new temporary role within our small and friendly group’s admin team supporting our group financial processes, and contributing to our wider team, in our overall mission to beat macular disease.
As Groups Finance Administrator you will be managing and assisting the Macular Society group’s annual financial returns (as part of the society yearly audit). This role will be working closely with the finance department and the Regional Administrator Manager and will assist with completion of routine audit queries, as well as taking responsibility for ongoing administrative and group finance project.
Whilst you do not need to have come from an accounting or finance background, your natural interest in numbers, coupled with an aptitude for attention to detail and accuracy, will help our team maintain a good support to the Macular Society Groups. Your resilience, diligence and experience in providing excellent administration support will be invaluable to the whole organisation group finance function.
This role is based at Head Office in Andover, Hampshire, the option to work from home occasionally can be negotiated.
