Fundraiser – Trusts & Grants, MySight York

Hours: 24 hours per week to be worked Monday to Friday (flexible times)
Salary: £24,645 pro rata (based on 37 hours per week)
MySight York is a thriving local charity in York providing a varied range of services that help people live well with sight loss. We have a great opportunity to join our team as a Fundraising Manager.
In this role, you will be a vital member of the team, responsible for the preparation of applications, manage the administration of grants and develop the relationship with numerous Trusts and Foundations..
You will build relationships with key stakeholder’s locally, regionally and nationally generating income primarily from trusts and grants.
Working with the Chief Executive you will develop a robust Fundraising Strategy whilst increasing awareness of the needs of people with sight loss and the positive difference MySight York make to the lives of blind and partially sighted people, their friends and families.
