Salary: £37,464.61 starting salary + benefits

The Children’s Services (known as SISS at Guide Dogs) Operations Manager helps people with sight loss to live the life they choose by leading and managing a cross functional operations team of staff and volunteers working with adults, children and young people and their families to provide the consistent delivery of person-centred services in accordance with their needs. The successful candidate will manage a small team of Habilitation specialists, who are geographically spread across the North East. Our Habilitation specialists deliver a range of contracts predominantly to local authorities within the area.
