Focus Birmingham have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Passenger Assistant Support Worker to support people both on their journey to and from the day service and whilst at the day service. You will ensure the people we support travel to the day service in a safe and enjoyable environment. You will also support people whilst at the day service to enable them to take part in all activities and attend to their personal care needs. You will proactively support each person’s ability to make choices and communicate their needs.
