This is a new, exciting, and pivotal role within our flagship Eye Care Support Services (ECSS).  Within this role you will work with the ECSS Leadership Team to design, develop, implement, and manage new systems and procedures to allocate and manage our UK Locum ECLO team and team resources. Managing and allocating the UK Locum Service delivery to support the ECSS operationally in our services across the UK. Enabling people with sight loss to move quickly from diagnosis to confidence by accessing timely support, information, and guidance.

You will have a Vocational Qualification in Management or demonstrable experience in change, resource and or project management.

You will have excellent people management and communication skills, where you are able to coordinate team resources and respond to competing demands.

You will have experience in developing and implementing new systems and procedures, scheduling activities and to be reactive, responsive efficient and effective to meet service needs.

You will be experienced in producing reports, delivering presentations, meeting Key Performance Indicators and a proficient user of Microsoft Office Packages and CRM systems.

This role is eligible for an enhanced criminal record check which includes a check of the children’s and adults barred lists as regulated activity is required with both groups.
