The UK VI BAME network is run by and for visually impaired people living in the UK, who identify as Black, Asian and minority Ethnic (BAME).

This is the first of its kind, and the purpose of this group is to create a safe space, where VI individuals of a BAME background can share lived experiences, provide support, discuss current issues and share ideas.

We also hold regular Zoom chats, where members can come together to discuss issues effecting visually impaired BAME individuals.

You can join the group on Facebook. NB: there are four mandatory questions, which must be answered when requesting to join. Members must be 18 or over.

If you require further information, you can email.
